INFORMATION: Where to Stay - Campgrounds, Lodges and Cabins

A big part of the summer is camping. Miramichi has an array of places where people can do just that. There are a number of different ways people can go camping in the Miramichi area. This includes campgrounds, but that also includes luxuries of glamping (glamourous camping) done in cabins and lodges.

Here are the closest places to the city that people can go to set up camp and maybe take advantage of for Labour Day weekend:

Schooner Point Log Cabins.

The cabins.

Located at 130 Schooner Point Rd in Napan, New Brunswick. To reserve, call (506) 778-2338 or toll free at 1 866 898-3404; or email cabins@nbnet.nb.ca.

Right around the corner from this lodge is the Upper Oxbow Outdoor Adventures Lodge, located at 2260 Route 420 in Sillikers, New Brunswick. To reserve a spot, call 1 888 227-6100 toll free or email adventures@upperoxbow.com. Unfortunately I was unable to get any pictures since there was a conference happening at the lodge at the time I was in the area.
